Dear users and partners, we would like to share important information regarding the planned merger of C.E.E. Group Travelport a.s. and Travelport Czech Republic s.r.o. This is a change in our corporate structure which does not affect your everyday use of the Travelport system, but which requires an official notice under applicable law.
Under the merger by acquisition project, Travelport Czech Republic s.r.o. will cease to exist as the dissolving company, and all of its assets, rights and obligations will be transferred to C.E.E. Group Travelport a.s. as the successor company. The successor company will assume the legal position of the dissolving company, unless a special law provides otherwise.
The expected effective date of the merger, and thus the date on which the rights and obligations arising from the employment relationships of the affected employees will transfer to the successor company, is 1 January 2026.
