SmartAgent Enhancements
Seat selection also becomes easier: where supported, you can now issue EMDs for paid seats directly from the SmartAgent seat map.
A new option to display NDC content in search results is available for consolidators in testing. Once activated, it enables ticketing and itinerary generation through SmartAgent.
(To get started, the “NDC Content Order” procedure must be completed.)
Finally, we’ve introduced smarter LCC logic for low-cost carriers, including balance tracking, top-up control, and status visibility – giving agents a more secure and reliable way to manage LCC bookings.
TCP Exchange: More Visibility, More Control
We’ve added a number of interface enhancements to make managing your subscriptions, billing, and user access easier than ever.
In the new Subscriptions menu, TCP users can now clearly see which services are active, when they started, and when they expire – helping you stay fully in control of what’s running and what’s not.
The Balance section now provides a clear overview of your organization’s wallet, including marketing credit allocations per application. You can also transfer credits to other organizations right from the interface.
A new Invoices tab has been added, giving you easy access to your invoice list and generation tools. You can now preview invoice details directly from TCP via a secure link to the invoicing system. Once an invoice is paid, your organization’s wallet is automatically topped up – streamlining the billing process from end to end.
Under Organization Settings, you can now verify agency data, copy your Organization ID, and generate API tokens directly.
We’ve also rolled out several backend improvements and bug fixes to enhance stability and accuracy – including smarter tax parsing, improved involuntary exchange logic, and better XT support.
